3.5 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether access to pak75 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pak75 does not represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Users in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not register or use the Platform.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak75 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
4.2 You must not share your credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your Account, or transfer your Account to another person under any circumstances.
4.3 You must notify pak75 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pak75 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account prior to such notification.
4.4 pak75 reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account where suspicious activity is detected, including multiple failed login attempts or login from unusual geographic locations, pending further verification.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pak75 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on pak75 operates in accordance with its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game's operation.
7.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based casino and slot games on pak75 are supplied by licensed game providers whose random number generators are independently tested and certified for fairness and statistical accuracy.
7.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, and other events, are settled in accordance with pak75's Sports Betting Rules document, available on the Platform. pak75 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors.
7.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, pak75 will investigate using server-side records. Where a malfunction has affected the outcome of a game round, pak75 may void the affected round and return stakes to the user's Account. The decision of pak75 in such matters is final.

10.2 Closure by pak75. pak75 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or inactivity exceeding 12 months. Where closure results from a breach by the User, pak75 may retain funds in accordance with clause 8.
11.1 pak75 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak75 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 pak75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption, even if pak75 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak75's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
All content on the pak75 Platform, including but not limited to game assets, logos, trademarks, software, text, and graphical elements, is the property of pak75 or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pak75 content without prior written consent.
pak75's collection and use of your personal data is governed by the pak75 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pak75 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak75 will provide advance notice via registered email or on-platform notification.
